Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what personal data F.A.N. Group srl collects through the www.brospizza.be website, why, and what your rights are.

1. Data controller

F.A.N. Group srl — Av. de la Couronne 431, 1050 Ixelles — VAT BE0794899558.

Contact for any question about your data: info@brospizza.be · +32 490 21 18 96.

2. Data we collect

Online orders: name, email address, phone number, pickup time, order details, any notes and the promo code used.

Contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message.

Reviews after an order: the rating and comment you choose to leave.

Visit statistics: only the landing page and the site you came from (for example Google or Instagram) — no cookies, no IP address, no identifier.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Preparing and managing your order, sending its confirmation and contacting you if needed (performance of a contract).

Answering your messages (your request, legitimate interest).

Sending you our news, only if you agreed to it (consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the link in every email).

Keeping our accounts (legal obligation) and improving the site (legitimate interest, anonymous statistics).

4. Payment

Online payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

5. Recipients

Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible to the F.A.N. Group srl team and to our technical providers, acting on our instructions: website and database hosting, email delivery, payment (Stripe).

Some providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

6. Retention

Orders: for the legal retention period for accounting records.

Contact form messages: as long as needed to handle your request, then at most 2 years.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

7. Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.

It only keeps in your browser your cookie choice (6 months) and how many times an announcement was shown to you, so it is not repeated.

The Google Maps map on the contact page sets Google cookies. It loads straight away if you accepted cookies, otherwise only if you click on it; Google's own privacy policy then applies. You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

8. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, erasure or portability, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@brospizza.be.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
